Corn Crake is an automated but artisanal bakery where only organic gluten-free plnt-based products are made.
Often baked and/or roasted with Virgin coconut oil and coconut blossom syrup.
Regarding allergens, the entire production area and storage etc. are free of gluten and no animal ingredients are used such as milk components and eggs. We use hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts as flillings. Our stainless machines are always thorroughly cleaned after each production and the order of production is carefully monitored which means that cross-contamination is almost non-existent.
